Copies of engagement letters and terms of reference for the investigation into WHS concerns of the National Computational Infrastructure (NCI) conducted by Ashurst.

I refer to the following ANU spokesperson statements made to news outlets:

Statement 1 - “Professor Bell’s work with Intel Labs was disclosed in accordance with the ANU disclosure of interest framework, and was known by the council"

ANU originally told the Financial Review that “Professor Bell’s work with Intel Labs was disclosed in accordance with the ANU disclosure of interest framework, and was known by the council”.

When asked to clarify what was meant by “was known by the council”, a spokeswoman said: “The ANU council unanimously supported and actively encouraged the continuation of the arrangement which recognised Professor Bell’s world-leading technical expertise and experience and enhanced the reputation of ANU.”

“Professor Bell maintained a part-time paid position with Intel after leaving the company to join ANU in 2017,” a spokesman told The �鶹��ýAV Financial Review on Tuesday.

“The role was specifically with Intel Labs, a research division of Intel. This arrangement formally ceased on 15 November 2024.”

The spokesman did not disclose the size of Professor Bell’s remuneration but said outside paid work was commonplace for academics. He said her role with Intel had been disclosed to the university council.

The specific information I am seeking includes:
1. The project Statement of Requirements provided by the client (Protect Our Winters) to ANU.
2. The signed project contract.
3. Conflict of interest disclosures and approved conflict of interest management plans relating to this project.
4. The signed project sub-contract between ANU and the external consultant engaged to provide modelling services (Robert Steiger).
