I refer to the following ANU spokesperson statements made to news outlets:

Statement 1 - “Professor Bell’s work with Intel Labs was disclosed in accordance with the ANU disclosure of interest framework, and was known by the council"
Statement 2 - “The ANU council unanimously supported and actively encouraged the continuation of the arrangement which recognised Professor Bell’s world-leading technical expertise and experience and enhanced the reputation of ANU.â€
Referenced in the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Financial Review article at titled ANU council members say Bell’s second job was never mentioned and dated 20 Dec 2024, in the following excerpt

ANU originally told the Financial Review that “Professor Bell’s work with Intel Labs was disclosed in accordance with the ANU disclosure of interest framework, and was known by the councilâ€.

When asked to clarify what was meant by “was known by the councilâ€, a spokeswoman said: “The ANU council unanimously supported and actively encouraged the continuation of the arrangement which recognised Professor Bell’s world-leading technical expertise and experience and enhanced the reputation of ANU.â€

Statement 3 - The statement(s) summarised by the article text "He said her role with Intel had been disclosed to the university council"
From the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Financial Review article at titled ANU leader ‘double-dipped’ with $1.1m salary and big tech job and dated 10 Dec 2024 (and 11 Dec 2024), within the following excerpt

“Professor Bell maintained a part-time paid position with Intel after leaving the company to join ANU in 2017,†a spokesman told The Â鶹´«Ã½AV Financial Review on Tuesday.

“The role was specifically with Intel Labs, a research division of Intel. This arrangement formally ceased on 15 November 2024.â€

The spokesman did not disclose the size of Professor Bell’s remuneration but said outside paid work was commonplace for academics. He said her role with Intel had been disclosed to the university council.

Statement 4 - "Professor Bell's work with Intel is no secret, the source of media reporting on this is the university's own website,"
Statement 5 - "The arrangement was disclosed through our conflict processes in the normal way and was known by the Council."
Referenced in the The Canberra Times article at titled Calls for ANU vice-chancellor to resign after second paid job revealed and dated 11 Dec 2024, in the following excerpt

A university spokeswoman said it was common for academics to work with external parties in their field of expertise.

"Professor Bell's work with Intel is no secret, the source of media reporting on this is the university's own website," she said.

"The arrangement was disclosed through our conflict processes in the normal way and was known by the Council."

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, I request:

For each statement referred to above, excluding Statement 4 - the document(s) which form the basis the statement was made on.

For Statement 4 - the specific pages on the "university's own website" which formed the basis the statement was made on (Reason: the "university's own website" is huge and includes pages irrelevant to the statement).

Please clearly indicate which statement each document corresponds to, or organize pages to group documents corresponding to the same statement together with appropriate headers.
