Take a mindful pause with Ven. Jamyang—exploring Tibetan Buddhist wisdom and a guided meditation.
Interested in learning about the philosophy and practice of Tibetan Buddhism? Join us in welcoming Ven. Jamyang, a monk of over 20 years, who studies and practices in this tradition here in Canberra. In this guided session, Jamyang will introduce us into some of the key philosophical points of a Tibetan Buddhist practitioner, as well as leading a guided meditation session.
Jamyang is a Sanskrit scholar, and assists Lama Choedak Rinpoche in the translation of Tibetan Buddhist literature. He is also the Buddhist chaplain at ANU.
