Whether you're in bustling New York, sunny California, or anywhere in between, ANU alumni across North America are part of a vibrant and growing community. At the heart of this network is the ANU North American Liaison Office (NALO), based at the Embassy of Australia in Washington, DC.
supports alumni across the U.S. and Canada by organising events, fostering professional and social networking opportunities, and helping you stay engaged with the University - no matter where you are. We’re always eager to connect, in person or virtually.
Beyond alumni engagement, NALO also plays a key role in building bridges between ANU and North America. We help facilitate internships, student exchanges, and partnerships with universities, government, and industry - opening doors for current students and alumni alike.
The office also facilitates the exchange of information between the University and alumni about educational and professional opportunities for undergraduates, such as internships and exchange programs with other universities, government and industry.

- The ANU Foundation USA
Established in 2014, the Foundation supports excellence in education and research at ANU. It helps foster academic exchange between Australia and North America and manages philanthropic contributions from alumni and friends. The Foundation is a non-profit, tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.
Established in 2019 as a way for ANU Alumni living and working in New York to stay connected and support each other. All alumni, students and friends of ANU are welcome to join.
Founded in 2022, this group connects our ANU community in Seattle to come together to support each other and celebrate our shared ANU experience. Whether you're an alum, current student, or a friend of ANU, we warmly welcome you to join our community!
